Other Advantages of Excavator Rock Boom
A. Powerful rock breaking: The total weight is about 21 tons, and the ratio is reasonable. Used for crushing work in rock formations below 30 MPa.
B. Stable body(Take SY550 rock arm as an example): The weight of the big arm is 10000KG, the weight of the arm cylinder is 650KG, the weight of the forearm is 7605KG, the weight of the bucket cylinder is 725KG, and the weight of the ripper is 2030KG. The ratio of the big arm and the small arm is reasonable, making the machine more stable during work.
C. Cylinder safety: We use larger cylinders and cylinder protection covers to achieve cylinder stability.
D. Ultra-low failure: Our materials, plates, welding, pins, bushings, and bucket teeth are all relatively good, with better processing technology and lower failure rate. And we all use graphite copper sleeves to achieve self-lubrication. The pin is 40Cr, the material is more wear-resistant, and the surface hardness reaches 45°
